Jira/Confluence Specialist

  • Manage and configure various Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence for Agile Development in the organization. Discuss with different teams to find out their requirements and suggest ways they can use tools effectively. Discovering and evaluating different Add ons and tolls to fit requirements of teams.
  • Project Management and oversight; project planning and execution; scope and risk management; meeting facilitation and /or conducting JAD sessions to gather business requirements and meeting facilitation
  • Experience managing Atlassian add-ons. Like Tempo Timesheets, Capacity Planner – Jira Team & Resource Management
  • Act as JIRA application administrator for Onboarding / Project Management team. Successfully lead, deliver and maintain JIRA workflows, project plans and reporting.
  • Act as Confluence service owner and manager, developing and maintaining internal and external customer pages/spaces to manage projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Establish SOPs for change, maintenance and project requests.
  • Coach, mentor and guide team members on kanban, project plans, and JIRA/Confluence customizations.
  • Works with appropriate internal customers to capture business requirements.
  • Assists in the configuration of various aspects of implementations and managing test cases/testing.
  • Prepares and presents oral and/or written reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Have 5+ years or more of full-time experience managing the implementation and support of projects.
  • Experience in utilizing JIRA for Project Management methodologies, requirements gathering, and documentation to successfully implement customer engagements.

Oracle Apps Finance Functional Consultant

  • 10+ years of Oracle EBS Financials (Functional) experience in Finance modules
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Apps R12 AP, AR, GL, EBtax, One full cycle R12 Implementation Experience.
  • Support and Maintenance experience on any oracle apps releases.
  • Good client facing attitude with strong business communication skills.
  • Wide implementation experience in implementing Oracle Financials.
  • Rich experience in EBS financials modules AP, GL, FA, AR.
  • Define new business requirements and provide gap analysis.
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversions (MD50s & TE40s).
  • Good Solutioning knowledge and working knowledge on mentioned modules inclusive of Configurations, Data and process flow, Accounting, Integrations.
  • Provide functional validation and support.
  • Experience in Oracle EBS Release 12.
  • Should have functional experience in the EBS environment in Oracle General Ledger (GL), Account Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA).
  • Familiar with AIM and other SDLC methodologies.
  • Hands on Functional Setup and configuration of EBS modules.

Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll Consultant

Looking for a strong Oracle EBS Functional Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant.The Consultant should have at least 8 plus years of experience in Oracle EBS R12.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Strong Functional and Technical Knowledge.
  • Configuration of HRMS and Payroll across Business Groups.
  • Writing and amendments in Fast Formulas.
  • Configuration of Contract based Absence Management.

  • Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.2.x), including full lifecycle implementation experience, configuration, conversions, extensions, and unit testing.
  • Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional spec.
  • Excellent in Fast Formula, Hooks and related HRMS & Payroll skill set.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements to R12 functionalities.
  • Experience in Payroll implementation.
