- Manage and configure various Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence for Agile Development in the organization. Discuss with different teams to find out their requirements and suggest ways they can use tools effectively. Discovering and evaluating different Add ons and tolls to fit requirements of teams.
- Project Management and oversight; project planning and execution; scope and risk management; meeting facilitation and /or conducting JAD sessions to gather business requirements and meeting facilitation
- Experience managing Atlassian add-ons. Like Tempo Timesheets, Capacity Planner – Jira Team & Resource Management
- Act as JIRA application administrator for Onboarding / Project Management team. Successfully lead, deliver and maintain JIRA workflows, project plans and reporting.
- Act as Confluence service owner and manager, developing and maintaining internal and external customer pages/spaces to manage projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Establish SOPs for change, maintenance and project requests.
- Coach, mentor and guide team members on kanban, project plans, and JIRA/Confluence customizations.
- Works with appropriate internal customers to capture business requirements.
- Assists in the configuration of various aspects of implementations and managing test cases/testing.
- Prepares and presents oral and/or written reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
- Have 5+ years or more of full-time experience managing the implementation and support of projects.
- Experience in utilizing JIRA for Project Management methodologies, requirements gathering, and documentation to successfully implement customer engagements.
