IT Project Coordinator

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of Project Coordination/Project Management experience, particularly in IT projects (this is a mandatory requirement).
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Documentation Management:

  • Track and understand documentation deliverables for multiple small projects.
  • Gather and organize necessary documentation from customers.

Project Lifecycle Management:

  • Assist with or manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
  • Ensure projects are taken through final implementation successfully.

Stakeholder Relationships:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities and tasks, understanding the roles and functions of the project team.

Best Practices and Requirements:

  • Follow industry best practices and ensure all project requirements are met and documented.
  • Document project risks, assumptions, and constraints.
  • Aid in implementing approved actions and workarounds to mitigate project risk events.
  • Monitor the status of all identified risks to minimize their impact on the project.

Financial Management:

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring all budgets, forecasts, and costs are measured, tracked, and reported for project success.
  • Use appropriate tools and techniques to identify and quantify variances.
  • Document measurement criteria for success in collaboration with Project Managers or other Leads.

Scope, Schedule, and Cost Management:

  • Assist in managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Ensure all issues are captured, resolved, and documented, and that resolutions are communicated effectively.

Meetings and Reports:

  • Actively participate in or lead project meetings, following up on action items.
  • Provide regular input for status reports, including program portfolio reviews.

General Coordination:

  • Assume responsibility and coordination for a wide variety of project and/or program-related tasks.

.Net Full Stack Developer 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in C# (ASP.NET Core, MVC,  Web API), VB.Net, Java Script and Java Script frameworks such as angular & React, and SQL Server. Candidate should be able to perform application design development using UML and Visio, Defect tracking, deploying and versioning of code using Online TFS (Azure Dev Ops). The candidate should have 5+ years’ experience in using third party controls (Telerik, Dev Express) and experience in using TFS for source control, development management using Agile best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications and APIs, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, and React.

API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs, SOAP to support front-end applications and integrations.

Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and indexing.

Front-End Development: Implement user interfaces using React, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.

Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices in software development.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, React, and SQL Server.

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficient in C# and ASP.NET Core Web API development. 
  • Strong experience with React and related front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). 
  • Expertise in SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning. 
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git. 
  • Understanding of RESTful architecture and Web API design. 

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC or Blazor. 
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Requirement:
