    IT Project Coordinator

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience: 2-4 years of Project Coordination/Project Management experience, particularly in IT projects (this is a mandatory requirement).
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Documentation Management:

    • Track and understand documentation deliverables for multiple small projects.
    • Gather and organize necessary documentation from customers.

    Project Lifecycle Management:

    • Assist with or manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
    • Ensure projects are taken through final implementation successfully.

    Stakeholder Relationships:

    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate activities and tasks, understanding the roles and functions of the project team.

    Best Practices and Requirements:

    • Follow industry best practices and ensure all project requirements are met and documented.
    • Document project risks, assumptions, and constraints.
    • Aid in implementing approved actions and workarounds to mitigate project risk events.
    • Monitor the status of all identified risks to minimize their impact on the project.

    Financial Management:

    • Manage project budgets, ensuring all budgets, forecasts, and costs are measured, tracked, and reported for project success.
    • Use appropriate tools and techniques to identify and quantify variances.
    • Document measurement criteria for success in collaboration with Project Managers or other Leads.

    Scope, Schedule, and Cost Management:

    • Assist in managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
    • Ensure all issues are captured, resolved, and documented, and that resolutions are communicated effectively.

    Meetings and Reports:

    • Actively participate in or lead project meetings, following up on action items.
    • Provide regular input for status reports, including program portfolio reviews.

    General Coordination:

    • Assume responsibility and coordination for a wide variety of project and/or program-related tasks.
